Updates

• 2026-10-29: Site redesign: a shorter homepage with the live tripwire board, upcoming dates, videos you can play in place, three summary cards and a “what to demand” box. Every page now shares one header and menu, and long tripwire entries open on tap. Added the 10-minute overview and the 6-minute worst-case video.

• 2026-10-28: The site now leads with the concern and a tripwire board of what to watch for. Added two short videos, a share card and a one-page brief. Registry: Bartell Declaration #2 (FDNS built the California list with LexisNexis Accurint, outside SAVE), the FBI/CISA election-crimes alert, and a new FBI entry (FBI-01).

• 2026-10-27: Public site launched with the architecture map (56 numbered flows), the System Registry (63 entries) and the Phrase Trail (13 tracked phrases). Earlier research notes are being re-verified before more are added.

• 2026-10-27 (later): Re-verified 131 reporting-based and inferred claims in the registry against their sources; corrected dates, attributions and numbers and downgraded one data flow (f38) to an inference. See the registry’s change log (J7).

• 2026-10-27 (evening): Second verification pass on document-supported claims and open items; corrected contract dates, BPA numbers, court-order wording and several attributions. See the registry change log (J7).

• 2026-10-27 (afternoon): Read the ICE case-management justification, the AttainX order record and a GAO protest decision in full; upgraded several claims to primary-document sourcing and recorded a possible link to the USCIS data-lake contract recompete (marked as an inference).

• 2026-10-27 (late afternoon): Read the October 2025 SAVE privacy impact assessment (PIA-006(d)) in full and added what it says about SSN lookups, bulk upload, retention, queried systems and sharing to the SAVE entry.

• Oct 27, 2026 (third pass): Re-checked 256 further document-supported claims against primary sources and corrected attributions, dates, quotes and amounts. See the J7 change log in the registry.

• Oct 27, 2026 (map): The architecture map adds the eleven further systems SAVE queries (flow 57, from the SAVE privacy assessment) and moves each flow number near the start of its line. The YouTube link now points to the new channel.

• Oct 27, 2026 (evening): Read the SAM solicitation for the USCIS/FDNS social-media vetting pilot, a Hilton supplemental declaration (ECF 132-40) and the June 2026 SAVE user guide; confirmed several USAspending amounts and corrected the Axon order date.
