Every Ballot Counts

About and method

Who: an independent individual researching this in a personal capacity. It is not the position of any employer or organization.

What this is: a public, living reference that connects public documents about federal election-data systems. It started Oct 26, 2026 and is updated as records are found.

What this is not: not legal advice, not an official source, and not an accusation. Vendors are treated as neutral infrastructure. A company is named only where a public document ties it to a system, and nothing here implies a company knows of or takes part in any use described.

Method

  1. Start from capability and demonstrated willingness: what a system can technically do, and what has been publicly shown.
  2. Mark every claim: D primary document, R reporting, I inference, U unresolved, K general knowledge to verify.
  3. Keep competing explanations open. A recurring phrase or a shared vendor is a lead, not a conclusion.
  4. Check each new document against the registry and log the change.

Corrections and tips

Email amanda.everyballotcounts@gmail.com, or open an issue on GitHub with the claim and a source. Verified corrections are logged in the registry’s appendices.
